La Galerie Chahine est en train d’éditer la première Encyclopédie en deux volumes de quatre générations d’artistes libanais de 1880 à 1980, depuis Daoud Corm, Habib Serour, Khalil Gebran, Youssef El Hoyeck, Moustapha Farroukh, Omar Onsi, César Gémayel, jusqu’à nos jours.
Ce premier Album contenant douze planches couleurs destinées à être encadrées, dans les dimensions mêmes de l’Encyclopédie, vous donnera les prémices de la qualité de notre Édition.
L’Encyclopédie, de format 34 x 24 cm, sur papier couché brillant, reliure cartonnée, comprendra une vingtaine de pages d’introduction, 120 planches en couleur quadrichromie offset, et le Curriculum Vitae des artistes en deux langues ainsi que des extraits de presse.
Cet ouvrage sera diffusé en «Co-Édition» avec une Édition d’Art Internationale. Il servira de catalogue aux différentes expositions au Liban et à l’étranger. Nous vous offrons la possibilité d’acquérir ces deux volumes 50% moins cher qu’à la parution en 1981, en souscrivant dès maintenant. Cette offre est valable pour une durée limitée.
D’autre part, vous êtes cordialement invités à visiter l’exposition collective et permanente- «Cent Ans d’Art Plastique au Liban» qui se tient dans notre Galerie-103 rue Madame Curie, près du cinéma Concorde, Zeidaniyé, Beyrouth, téléphone: 346522/3 – où vous pourriez acquérir la plupart des œuvres figurant dans cette première Encyclopédie. Ces peintures et sculptures ont été sélectionnées par un Jury spécialisé.
Nous espérons, par ce moyen, aider à promouvoir l’introduction de nos artistes libanais et la vente de leurs œuvres au Liban et à l’étranger, parmi toutes les classes sociales, dans tous les foyers et Institutions, et faire connaître le vrai visage du Liban artistique et pacifié.

All prices include shipping and handling. LebanonPostcard will be responsible for sending the packages you order, at your charge, through the service D.H.L. / E.M.S. with tracking number code guaranteeing reception of the package.
We ship as soon as possible, but within maximum 4 days after the order is received.
Credit cards are not charged until we actually ship the items. The items may take between one and six days to arrive, according to the country they are sent to.
Packages are sent with track code to guarantee reception, and delay is rare. In the event of non-delivery or delay, nothing can be done for 7 days. At the end of this period, on our being informed, a demand will be made for the package to be traced. If 14 days after the first dispatch there is still no delivery, a second package will be sent free.
Packages inside Lebanon are sent registered through LibanPost to guarantee reception, and delay or non-delivery is rare. In the event of non-delivery, nothing can be done for 6 days. At the end of this period, on our being informed, a demand will be made to LibanPost for the package to be traced. If 12 days after the first dispatch there is still no delivery, a second package will be sent free.
