LebanonPostcard presents the book The Scent of Lebanon روح لبنان – Darine Semaan, softcover book, 28×22 cm, 128 pages.
This book showcases my best artworks that capture the scent of Lebanon. I portray my fellow Lebanese in various life situations, with each image reflecting our heritage and artistic craftsmanship.
Through watercolors, I aim to illuminate subjects that are often overlooked, such as cleaners, auto mechanics, and tire technicians.
Additionally, I have made a concerted effort to highlight several forgotten and endangered crafts.
I offer this artistic book as a tribute to all Lebanese men and women who continue to fight to preserve the memory of our beloved country.
Darine Semaan
Darine Semaan is a Lebanese artist renowned for her dynamic and expressive paintings, live art performances and contributions to art therapy. Born on September 9, 1978, In Beirut, she discovered her passion for art during her early education at Broummana High School, where her works were first exhibited. She studied Interior Design, which further enriched her artistic journey. She employs various mediums, including oil paints, acrylic and pastel.
Darine has showcased her art in numerous exhibitions since 2010 including Byblos festival, Gemmayze Daraj El Fan, Beirut Tango Festival and Art Deco at Biel.
Participated in a Symposium Fair at Riviera Hotel and Greece Athens with Zervas Art. For her dynamic presence and engaging personality. She appeared on many talk shows like LBCI,
MTV, Future TV and MBC are presenting the idea of live performance at weddings.

All prices include shipping and handling. LebanonPostcard will be responsible for sending the packages you order, at your charge, through the service D.H.L. / E.M.S. with tracking number code guaranteeing reception of the package.
We ship as soon as possible, but within maximum 4 days after the order is received.
Credit cards are not charged until we actually ship the items. The items may take between one and six days to arrive, according to the country they are sent to.
Packages are sent with track code to guarantee reception, and delay is rare. In the event of non-delivery or delay, nothing can be done for 7 days. At the end of this period, on our being informed, a demand will be made for the package to be traced. If 14 days after the first dispatch there is still no delivery, a second package will be sent free.
Packages inside Lebanon are sent registered through LibanPost to guarantee reception, and delay or non-delivery is rare. In the event of non-delivery, nothing can be done for 6 days. At the end of this period, on our being informed, a demand will be made to LibanPost for the package to be traced. If 12 days after the first dispatch there is still no delivery, a second package will be sent free.
