The artist painted the art sketches during his dialysis sessions. Those beautiful artworks are a historical collection of the Presidents of Lebanon. The art portraits represent 20 Presidents of Lebanon from two periods; the State of Greater Lebanon of the French Mandate (1926–1943) and the time of the Lebanese Republic (1943 until present). The artworks have been painted using the black color tone of BIC:
