ولد أمين بن رشيد نخلة، في مجدل المعوش، على الأرجح عام 1901م، قضاء الشوف، لبنان، والده، رشید نخلة، أمير شعراء الزجل، وواضع كلمات النشيد الوطني اللبناني، درس أمين في مدرسة الأخوة المريميين، في دير القمر، ثم في الكلية البطريركية في بيروت. وبعدها انتقل إلى دمشق لينال الإجازة في الحقوق.
نبذة الناشر:
ولد الفن يوم قالت الحية لحواء: “أطيب أكلة في الفردوس: التفاحة” بدلاً من أن تقول لها: “كلي التفاحة” – فؤاد أفندي، وهي كلمة له في باب “بذور ريفية،للزرع في المدينة”، من “المفكرة”، رأينا أن نفصلها عن بابها، ونفتتح بها الكتاب.
وتقمص الفن الكلام يوم جعل أمين نخلة من الحبر نوراً أسود، وكنزاً سائلاً! وري بياض، وغيث ورق.
هذا شعر كشعاع الشمس، نثره الأمين، في هذا الكتاب الذي بين يديك.

نبذة المؤلف:
يوم نشرت في الصحف طائفة من فصول هذه المفكرة، كان همنا أن نمسك عن ذكر القرية التي فيها كتب فؤاد أفندي خاطرات باله. أما اليوم، وقد انكشف الأمر للقراء، وأصبحنا لا نستطيع أن نخفي عنهم شيئا من ذلك، فإننا نسوق “التمهيد” القديم، الذي استهلت به فصول المفكرة، ثم نسوق تعريفا بقرية فؤاد أفندي، كتبه المؤلف في بعض المواضع من كتاب “التفاحة” – وهو الكتاب الذي لم تجتمع، إلى الآن، فصوله، ولا أصابه، ما أصاب هذه المفكرة من شم وعض…
في سبيل المقدم – دواة في الريف
الحبر، ويحك، نور أسود وكنز سائل ! وهو عطر الدفاتر، وشبع الفراغ، ورئ البياض، وغيث الورق، بل هو نقش الهوى، ولون العقول في القرطاس، فما لك تخشى على أطراف أصابعك أن تشاب بسواده ؟!
وليس من شيء هو الذ في الشم، ولا أضوع، ولا أقرب الى مرتبة التشهي، من حبر جديد، في كتاب جديد – تمر يدك عليه، فكأنك تمس حركات الخواطر برؤوس اناملك … بل ان هذا النسيم، الذي تؤديه أفواه الدويات، لأطيب من فم الحبيب، ومن نفسه، ومن “زمان الوصل بالأندلس”…
وخير المداد : الأسود – فهو خبز الجميع ! أما ما كان منه أحمر باحراً ، أو أصفر وارساً، أو أخضر حانثاً، فبحسبك، من الكلفة فيه، معرفة هذه النعوت التي له ! وخير ما يغط في حق الذوق ومدهنة الرأي : قصبة نبتت في بسيط أفيح، وعاشت على طلاقة، وضياء، وماء، تلعب بين الرياح بلا معارض، ثم بريت على هواك، وشقت على خطتك في تحريك القلم.
وبعد، فيا عجباً لهذه الدواة، في هذه الزاوية من الريف، كيف نسيت بلا ختم ! أفلا يخشى الذي ترك هذا القمقم السحري بـلا سداد أن تهيج رائحته، وتطير إلى انوف الفلاحين ?! …

All prices include shipping and handling. LebanonPostcard will be responsible for sending the packages you order, at your charge, through the service D.H.L. / E.M.S. with tracking number code guaranteeing reception of the package.
We ship as soon as possible, but within maximum 4 days after the order is received.
Credit cards are not charged until we actually ship the items. The items may take between one and six days to arrive, according to the country they are sent to.
Packages are sent with track code to guarantee reception, and delay is rare. In the event of non-delivery or delay, nothing can be done for 7 days. At the end of this period, on our being informed, a demand will be made for the package to be traced. If 14 days after the first dispatch there is still no delivery, a second package will be sent free.
Packages inside Lebanon are sent registered through LibanPost to guarantee reception, and delay or non-delivery is rare. In the event of non-delivery, nothing can be done for 6 days. At the end of this period, on our being informed, a demand will be made to LibanPost for the package to be traced. If 12 days after the first dispatch there is still no delivery, a second package will be sent free.
