إن يكن لذوي الاختصاص في التاريخ اللبناني من أرباب التحليل والتفصيل أن يدققوا في أحداث هذا التاريخ ، فيدرسوا الأسانيد وينقدوا الوثائق ؛ فيعينوا الاسباب ، ويعللوا النتائج ، ويستخرجوا الثوابت الدائمة على كر” الايام ؛
وإن يكن لأرباب التجميع والإجمال منهم أن يعرضوا لتلك الأحداث المتعاقبة على آلاف السنين ، فيميزوا الأجلى مظهراً ، والأعمق أثرا ، في مختلف النشاط البشري، حتى يبرزوا في تأليف جامع ، وحصيلة شاملة ، دور لبنان في الحضارة الانسانية الصاعدة منذ فجر التاريخ ؛
فان لبعض مرسلي الثقافة أن يتخذوا ، في خدمة الهدف نفسه ، اسلوباً ثالثا ، لا هو بالتحليلى التفصيلى ، ولا هو بالجمعي الإجمالي. انما هو الايحاء البناء . يرتكز على الحس والخيال ارتكازه على العقل والمنطق . فيه من الشعر ، والوصف ، والتصوير ، وسائر معطيات الفن . وفيه من المعرفة ، والعلم ، والتأمثل . يستند الى الزمان ليتخيل ما قبله ، ويتشوف الى ما بعده . ويسكن الى المكان ليقفز الى ما يتعداه . يأخذ بالواقع الماضي، والحدث الموضوعي ولكنه لا يشيح عن الرواية العاطفية . فالتاريخ الهادي لا يتم حياً موحيا الا بدورة حول التاريخ . والماضي العريق لا يقوم بناؤه شامخاً رائعا ، موضحاً للحاضر ، مهيئا للمستقبل، الا اذا شيد بمداميك المفاخر والامجاد وتجلى في إطار الشعر والغناء . فهو التبشط في الشرح والإيضاح دون تزيد ولا إغراق وهو الازدهاء بالفضائل دون غرور ولا فياش؛ وهو الإخراج الملحمي الأخاذ للوقائع التاريخية.
ذلك أننا تؤرخ لأمة لا تزال في هذا العالم ، تواصل سيرها نحو الحياة المثلى مادة وروحاً ، حضارة وثقافة . تتمرس بتكاليف اليوم كما كانت تتمرس بتكاليف الأمس . فهي واحدة عبر الزمان . تتوالى عليها الأحداث منذ آلاف السنين في سلسلة لا انفصام لحلقاتها . والمؤرخ للأمة
الحية غير المؤرخ للشعوب البائدة . ومصور الصرح المتعالي النابض بعافية الحياة ، الناشط بروعة الجمال ، غير واصف الحدث الخامد ، بؤرة العظام ومجمع الآثار .
من هنا شكرنا للراهب اللبناني ، واضع هذه «الخلاصة اللبنانية»، في زمن هو أشد ما يكون حاجة اليها. فهي تذكرة للناسين والمتناسين ، وتنبيه للغافلين والمغفلين ، وزاد للمسافرين والمغتربين ، وحافز للنشء الواعي ، أمل لبنان واللبنانيين.

We ship as soon as possible, but within maximum 4 days after the order is received.
Credit cards are not charged until we actually ship the items. The items may take between one and six days to arrive, according to the country they are sent to.
Packages are sent with track code to guarantee reception, and delay is rare. In the event of non-delivery or delay, nothing can be done for 7 days. At the end of this period, on our being informed, a demand will be made for the package to be traced. If 14 days after the first dispatch there is still no delivery, a second package will be sent free.
Packages inside Lebanon are sent registered through LibanPost to guarantee reception, and delay or non-delivery is rare. In the event of non-delivery, nothing can be done for 6 days.
