Reading a recipe can be so overwhelming sometimes, the professional, sophisticated way it is written, and the ingredients, oh my god the ingredients!!
If one ingredient is missing the whole motivation for cooking this great dish you saw, in the beautiful picture is gone.
…so you end up either not cooking, or doing the same simple dish you have cooked many times again.
Since I struggled, and I am sure many like me have, I came up with the concept of this book!
Traditional everyday recipes, but written and executed in the simplest way possible, making cooking easy and enjoyable.

يمكن لقراءة الوصفات أحيانا ً أن تكون شديدة الصعوبة لكثرة تعقيدها وحرفيتها، ناهيكم عن المكونات التي هي أصل المشكلة! ففي حال عدم توفر أحد المكونات المعقدة، يتلاشى كل ذلك الحماس الذي دفعكم الى تحضير هذا الطبق الرائع المظهر في الصورة.
عندها، ينتهي بكم ألامر اما بعدم تحضير الوصفة واما بتحضير الطبق نفسه الذي اعتدتم على تحضيره كل مرة.
بما أنني عانيت من هذه المشكلة شخصيا ً وأنا على يقين بأن كثيرين مثلي قد مروا بذلك أيضا ً، راودتني فكرة هذا الكتاب.
لذا تجدون هنا الوصفات اليومية التقليدية ولكن مكتوبة ومنفذة بأبسط طريقة ممكنة ليكون الطبخ سهلا ً وممتعا ً في الوقت نفسه.
