Author:
Ali Chour was born in Abidjan, Ivory Coast in 1981 and returned to Lebanon in 1986. He received his elementary education up to high school in Cadmus College, Tyr. In 1999, he joined the Lebanese University, Faculty of Engineering but quit in 2002 to join the military school where he graduated in 2004 as a lieutenant in the Lebanese army. He continued two military training courses in USA in 2005 and 2012. In 2007, he resumed his university studies and graduated in 2010 with a Diploma in Civil Engineering. Later on, he got a master’s degree in civil engineering from the Lille I University in 2014. He resigned from the Lebanese army in 2014 with the rank of captain and traveled to Ivory Coast where he is working as a construction contractor. He is collecting world banknotes since the age of 10 and focused on Lebanese banknotes since 2013. He is married to Malak Fahes and has three children.
