Traditional healthy frying pan pottery to cook eggs and other food. The size of the Fokhar pottery from the outside is 23×19.5 cm and from the inside is 19×15.5 cm – The smaller is 18.5×15 cm (outside) and 15×12 cm (inside).

Take into consideration this: When you first time you use the pan, put the pan in the oven on moderate/low heat. Add inside the pan a small cup of olive oil, hold the pan with a textile, and wipe the oil inside the pan with a tissue until the oil is absorbed by the pan and the heat. Do this only the first time you use the pan. Later on when you want to clean the pan, never put cool water when it is hot, wait until it is cool… then you can wash it.
