Authors:
Chérine Yazbeck: Born in 1970, in Beirut. She works as a photojournalist for magazines and international media. She is the author of Le Liban Autrement a guide on eco-tourism.
Carole Corm: Born in 1979, in New York. She is the cultural editor of ELLE Middle East and works as editor of the pan-Arab website diadiwan.com. She also contributes to Monocle magazine. In 2005, she co-wrote Mes Ententes, a book on internally displaced people in Lebanon.
Kamal Mouzawak: Born in 1969, in Jeita. He is the founder of Souk el Tayeb, Lebanon’s first farmers’ market and works as a food and travel writer.
Chantal Coroller: Born in 1969, in Beirut. She studied at L’ Académie Charpentier in Paris and has a degree in Advertising and Photography. She designed several books, ad campaigns, and magazines.
